Lead Management Consultants – Finance & Audit

Role:

The right candidate’s role will be to create an environment of great employee morale at work place in order to plan, augment and execute systems & process-audit in various business verticals like Finance, Accounts, Stores & Purchases, HR & Operations for Corpac Clients and lead their Managed/Shared Service Functions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic/Conceptual:-
  2. He/she is a people’s manager who ensures high motivation-level at all times within teams, leading from the front and showing them the way.
  3. Handholds new hires and focusses on training & skill development of employees.
  4. Recommends and defines operational objectives and develops specific short & long-term plans to achieve organizational growth.
  5. Provides quality inputs to develop and implement business plans.
  6. Establishes, in co-ordination with Senior Management & Team, plans, objectives and strategies to build a positive image thereby maximizing customer satisfaction and goodwill, for better branding & bringing in more business for Corpac.
  7. Prepares and presents Monthly Reviews.
  8. Designs and Develops Standard operating procedures, training programs.
  9. Plans for future staffing needs.

Operational:-

  1. Gives high priority on training and skill development within his team.
  2. Makes key decisions on day-to-day operational issues and ensures adequate resources are available to carry out business tasks.
  3. Serves as the one-point-contact for all activities and communications for team members.
  4. Leads in preparation & submission of reports on findings with suggestions on corrective measures from various Audit programs.
  5. Ensures liaison with relevant Government agencies to ensure compliance of various statutory requirements.
  6. Ensures Compliance with all statutory requirements i.e. timely completion of Final Accounts for clients, deposit of all applicable Taxes, Submission of Returns with the relevant authorities, replying to Notices/Queries received from various statutory bodies.
  7. Keeps the team abreast with latest tax norms, company laws, international standards of cost control and accounting.
  8. Leads the internal and process audit engagements for our clients.
  9. Manages accounting transactions and prepare & maintain books of accounts.
  10. Handle & ensure statutory compliances of direct and indirect taxes.
  11. Prepares project reports and take part in its presentation with clients.
  12. Prepares financial statements and MIS reports.
  13. Leads in preparation and implementation of SOPs & Systems for clients.
  14. Manages payrolls.
  15. Files statutory returns and forms.
  16. Leads Special audit for Corpac Clients.
  17. Conducts Physical verification of inventory and purchase audit at client sites
  18. Verifies & Reconciles Receivables for our clients
  19. Prepares & Verifies Fixed Assets for our clients

Desired Qualification :

CA Inter/CMA/M Com or MBA (with specialisation in Finance/HR and B Com as basic degree). We have positions open for Qualified Chartered Accountants/ICWA and Cost Accountants who are passionate to explore business processes.

Must have : 

Minimum 1 year’s experience in leading a team of Auditors/Accountants at a supervisory level.
