Training and Development
Corpac ensures that the employees are given regular training to help them develop and grow. Expenses of the work-related and other necessary seminars or courses will be borne by the management. Corpac encourages all employees to come up and experiment with new ideas bringing in changes to the worn-out routines. Corpac shall ensure and support employees’ growth opportunities and hold regular training & development sessions.


Employee Training
At Corpac, employees have the right to improve their overall efficiency by expanding their skills, knowledge, and abilities. Training programs include employee mentoring, change of job responsibilities, job shadowing, individual/corporate learning, participation in meetings, report making and multi skilling as a part of their skill development programs.
We shall as well subscribe to courses or provide educational guidance and exam preparatory sessions that will in turn help aspiring employees improve their academic qualification repertoire so that Corpac employees grow while working and continue to serve us for long.
Corporate Program
For corporate programs, the company shall bear the cost of trainers/experts and conduct the whole processes.
Managers and company specialists chosen from within shall provide guidance to new recruits, help teams resolve challenges and handhold employees for promotions or transfers etc. when need arises.


Comfortable Working Environment
Corpac understands that the company premises are like a second home to the employees. The company will guarantee that the employee is comfortable with the working environment. Corpac will provide necessary hygiene facilities to the employees. There shall be continuous team-building activities.
Remuneration & Benefits, Recognition & Rewards
Corpac will reward every employees based on their performances. These rewards can be categorized as bonuses, pay raises, or other presents that will distinctly show our acknowledgment towards the employee’s efforts and value that they deliver to our company. Employee Recognition and Reward policy is an official statement on behalf of the company that says that employees/teams who deliver exceptional performance and contribute to the company’s well-being are duly recognised in Corpac. The policy entails that such employees must be recognized in such a way befittingly that it shall be inspirational to them and their colleagues. It will develop a lively competition amongst the team that will indirectly benefit the company’s status. The policy outlines that company must not promote any favouritism as it will then lessen the dignity amongst the employees. On the contrary, a well-defined appraisal program will go a long way in promoting a healthy culture within the Company and thereby, attract more aspirants to join our Company. The policy develops best practices to set high-performance standard every time an employee is rewarded for some category and thus, it will go on to grow a positive, healthy and enthusiastic work environment in the Company.


Internal Sessions
Fortnightly get-together for seminars and exam preparatory sessions, preferably mostly on Saturdays, will have all the amenities for enjoyment as well so as to attract participation and motivate everyone. One team member shall be assigned to take lead and plan the topic for discussion and another member will be assigned to look after the logistics.
