Role:<\/h3>\n

The right candidate\u2019s role will be to create an environment of great employee morale at work place in order to plan, augment and execute systems & process-audit in various business verticals like Finance, Accounts, Stores & Purchases, HR & Operations for Corpac Clients and lead their Managed\/Shared Service Functions. <\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. Strategic\/Conceptual:-<\/li>\n
  2. He\/she is a people\u2019s manager who ensures high motivation-level at all times within teams, leading from the front and showing them the way.<\/li>\n
  3. Handholds new hires and focusses on training & skill development of employees.<\/li>\n
  4. Recommends and defines operational objectives and develops specific short & long-term plans to achieve organizational growth.<\/li>\n
  5. Provides quality inputs to develop and implement business plans.<\/li>\n
  6. Establishes, in co-ordination with Senior Management & Team, plans, objectives and strategies to build a positive image thereby maximizing customer satisfaction and goodwill, for better branding & bringing in more business for Corpac.<\/li>\n
  7. Prepares and presents Monthly Reviews.<\/li>\n
  8. Designs and Develops Standard operating procedures, training programs.<\/li>\n
  9. Plans for future staffing needs.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Operational:-<\/h3>\n
      \n
    1. Gives high priority on training and skill development within his team.<\/li>\n
    2. Makes key decisions on day-to-day operational issues and ensures adequate resources are available to carry out business tasks.<\/li>\n
    3. Serves as the one-point-contact for all activities and communications for team members.<\/li>\n
    4. Leads in preparation & submission of reports on findings with suggestions on corrective measures from various Audit programs.<\/li>\n
    5. Ensures liaison with relevant Government agencies to ensure compliance of various statutory requirements.<\/li>\n
    6. Ensures Compliance with all statutory requirements i.e. timely completion of Final Accounts for clients, deposit of all applicable Taxes, Submission of Returns with the relevant authorities, replying to Notices\/Queries received from various statutory bodies.<\/li>\n
    7. Keeps the team abreast with latest tax norms, company laws, international standards of cost control and accounting.<\/li>\n
    8. Leads the internal and process audit engagements for our clients.<\/li>\n
    9. Manages accounting transactions and prepare & maintain books of accounts.<\/li>\n
    10. Handle & ensure statutory compliances of direct and indirect taxes.<\/li>\n
    11. Prepares project reports and take part in its presentation with clients.<\/li>\n
    12. Prepares financial statements and MIS reports.<\/li>\n
    13. Leads in preparation and implementation of SOPs & Systems for clients.<\/li>\n
    14. Manages payrolls.<\/li>\n
    15. Files statutory returns and forms.<\/li>\n
    16. Leads Special audit for Corpac Clients.<\/li>\n
    17. Conducts Physical verification of inventory and purchase audit at client sites<\/li>\n
    18. Verifies & Reconciles Receivables for our clients<\/li>\n
    19. Prepares & Verifies Fixed Assets for our clients

      Desired Qualification :<\/h3>\n

      CA Inter\/CMA\/M Com or MBA (with specialisation in Finance\/HR and B Com as basic degree). We have positions open for Qualified Chartered Accountants\/ICWA and Cost Accountants who are passionate to explore business processes.<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Must have :\u00a0<\/h3>\n

      Minimum 1 year\u2019s experience in leading a team of Auditors\/Accountants at a supervisory level.<\/strong>
